My programs range from one-on-one consultation sessions to several weeks of coaching.  During our time together you will gain all the necessary strategies and tools required to help move you forward with knowledge, empowerment, and confidence. Together, we will also, design a step-by-step plan of action that is simple and easy to implement. I will create personalized meal plans and offer quick delicious suggestions that won’t leave you feeling deprived, hungry, and overwhelmed. We will connect over the phone or via video conferencing for laser-focused coaching.
In-person coaching is available for those who are local to my area.

7 day meal plan

5 weekly 30-minute follow ups to review intake forms, food journal and assess progress, roadblocks, make new recommendations, strategize action plan and tools needed to set you up for success
